How does one use Web 2.0 to improve rural livelihoods when there is very limited if any internet connectivity. Certainly, Web 2.0 offers very effective networking tools, but in Uganda, it becomes complex when one wants to use them as a channel for rural development because of limited connectivity. BROSDI - Busoga Rural Open Source & Development Initiative bridges the gap between the farmer without Internet access and the Internet platform.
