Who are the recipients of this data?

All personal data is stored on a server located in a member country of the European Union (“EU”) and transmitted to the responsible entities within DLG-Verlag GmbH and its affiliated companies and organisations for the purpose of processing your enquiries and requests. Data is transmitted to third parties only in accordance with statutory obligations or to our service provider in the scope of a data processing order (Art. 4(9) GDPR).

Transmission to companies or organisations of the DLG-Verlag media group in countries outside the EU is only done after ensuring a level of protection in these companies or organisations which corresponds to that in the EU. To ensure the level of protection we use the EU standard contract clauses.

We use your data to send the Rural 21 NEWSLETTERS for the purpose of operating, organising and administering the NEWSLETTERS (Art. 6(1)b GDPR (“legitimate interests” as an advertising company, Art. 6(1)f GDPR).

Right of access, rectification, blocking, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, right to object and withdraw consent

The personal data we have collected from you is stored in a central database at crm consults GmbH, Felsweg 14, D-35435 Wettenberg under a processing contract.

Pursuant to DLG-Verlag GmbH’s erasure guidelines, your data is stored only as long as is necessary for the purpose of the storage.

You have the right to request erasure, rectification or restriction of processing of your data. You also receive on request information on the content and scope of your stored data. You further have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a suitable format or have it transmitted by DLG-Verlag GmbH. You can object at any time for the future to storage and processing of your data and automated decision-making in an individual case. This also applies if you have given consent to the use of your data (Art. 6(1)a). The objection can be sent without particular form by post or e-mail without giving reasons to Datenschutz-Verlag@DLG.org. This does not affect to a statutory data block instead of erasure pursuant to Arts 17-19 GDPR. You further have the right to object to the supervisory authority for data protection.
