Vol. 43 Nr. 3/2009 - "Education in rural areas / Empowering law"

This issue of Rural 21 will have a double focus.
'Education in rural areas' will discuss what contribution education can make to reducing poverty and explore the status of education after 30 years of development cooperation.
The second focus is on 'empowering law' and it centres on land law and legal security for institutions. The principle of legal security is fundamental to poverty reduction.
